Availability and Access

Scimus is accessible as a mobile app on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

User accounts will be created based on the number of FTEs specified in the subscription agreement. Access to the app will be restricted to these registered users.

Updates and Maintenance

The app will receive regular updates to improve functionality, security, and compatibility with current devices and operating systems.

Updates will be rolled out automatically, and client organizations will be notified through email about any significant changes.

Scheduled maintenance will occur during non-peak hours, with prior notice to minimize disruption.

Service-Level Agreements (SLA's)

Uptime Guarantee: We guarantee 99.9% uptime per month, excluding planned maintenance. If uptime falls below this threshold, affected clients will be eligible for a credit towards the next billing cycle.

Response Time: Support requests will be responded to within 24 hours during business days.

Resolution Time: Critical issues affecting app functionality will be prioritized for resolution within 72 hours. Non-critical issues may take up to five business days.

Delivery Timeline

Upon agreement and payment, initial setup and customization will be completed within 10 business days, provided customer requirements are communicated in advance.

Compatibility Requirements

Scimus supports the latest two versions of Android and iOS. Access via web requires an up-to-date browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox).

User Obligations

Users are responsible for maintaining compatible devices and internet connectivity.

Users are required to periodically update the app to the latest version to maintain security and functionality.

Any adjustments to the number of FTEs covered by the subscription (e.g., adding or removing users) must be reported by the client and will adjust the subscription fee accordingly.

Billing and Fees

The subscription fee is calculated on a per-FTE basis, billed annually. The total amount will be due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Any changes in the number of FTEs or subscription tiers during the contract term will be prorated and adjusted in the next billing cycle.

Data Privacy and Security

We adhere to relevant data protection laws, such as GDPR. All data collected through the app is encrypted and stored securely.

Termination and Renewal

The subscription will automatically renew each year unless canceled 30 days before the renewal date.

If the organization terminates the subscription, all data will be retained for 30 days post-termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
